Application Procedures

Before submitting an application, be sure you have read all the details about the program. Please be sure that the application process is competitive, and not all candidates can be accepted. A notice of acceptance will be sent to the applicant within two weeks from the date application is received. In the acceptance letter, accepted candidates will be informed to send a $300 confirmation deposit. Receipt of the confirmation deposit will initiate the Internship In China placement process. The deposit is 100% refundable in the case the application is not accepted for any reason.

Then a pre-departure package that includes information that instructs candidates to prepare for their China trip will be sent to the participant. Please note that a visa is definitely required to enter China, and a Travel Insurance is required by CCE before a final confirmation package is sent to applicants.

Upon arrival in China, CCE China Office representative welcomes the Intern at the airport with a welcome package, and escort the Intern to check into the apartment / hostel / dorm. The next morning the host company will arrange an orientation for the new interns.

To guarantee that the Intern arrives by the starting date, CCE strongly recommend that all interns utilize CCE Travel Department for booking international airline ticket s. A late fee will be assessed for interns who fail to attend the required orientation.

An easy Application Procedure below:

CCE > review application form and resume and send out acceptance document to qualified applicant

Applicant > send to CCE the confirmation deposit and apply for a US passport immediately

CCE > placement process initiated and make proactive contacts to applicants for phone interviews and answer questions

Applicant > fedex applicant’s passport and visa application form to CCE for a Chinese visa

CCE > send back applicant’s passport with a Chinese visa, and a Internship-In-China Package

Applicant > send 1) a payment of remaining balance, 2) proof of travel insurance (CCE may help with this), 3) signed and dated agreement of terms and conditions, 4) a letter of Confirmation of Acceptance, 5) reserve an airline ticket (CCE may help with this)

CCE > send out a departure notice and day to day schedule in China

Applicant > issue airline ticket to China through CCE & ready to depart. Work on a packing list
